Stocked to the rafters with an incredibly wide range of... read more spirits, liquors and wines, with staff who not only have a deep knowledge of their product, but also an obvious passion. It seems as if nothing is too much trouble, if they don't have it in stock they will proactively offer to order it in for you. You'd think this level of service would carry a commensurately high price penalty, but again you'd be wrong - they're as cheap as the major discounters. They also offer tastings (well, at least they do when COVID isn't a thing). Don't be fooled by the grim exterior, it's an secret little treasure trove inside for anyone who loves fine wine and spirits (and those harder to get items).
