The Crouchen Riesling produced by Brown Brothers, recognized for its high-quality sweet wines with notes of white peach, pear, and even a touch lychee, is always a hit. On the palate, there is a lot of sweet fruit in abundance, and soft acidity and lingering sugar give the flavor a lot of longevity.
A lovely rich nose with aroma of black currant, blood plums, chocolate, spice, liquorice and fine pencil shaving oak. On the palate the wine is medium bodied with intense fruit flavours and excellent length. The Shiraz has excellent depth and concentration, with fine tannins. Enjoyable to drink as a young wine, it will continue to develop over four to six years.
