Description

The agave is a water-saving plant which comes originally from the New World. The word “agavos” comes from the greek language and does mean noble, splendid and raised. Even the natives in Mexico baked or roasted the agave leaves and blossoms because of the high amount of sugar. Tequila comes from Mexico and is made ofblue agave.

Prepare Tequila drinks with this syrup or pour Giffard Agave syrup in your coffee.

Recipe

La belle pomme
5cl white rum
2cl Agave liqueur
1cl Agave syrup
1/2 slice of green apple
2 dashes of bitter lemon
Garnish the drink with apple and cinnamon.
