Description

Dankowskie Diamond Rye is a grain unique to Poland, and the base for Belvedere Single Estate Rye Smogory Forest. The rye is grown on a single small estate deep in western Poland, with characteristics from the local terroir. This is a pastoral region with glacial lakes, mild winters, and fertile soil that imbues the grain with sweet salted caramel notes and touches of honey and fragrant white pepper. The result, after triple-distilling for quality, is a bold, savoury vodka with a vibrant finish. It is ideal to blend into a spicy Bloody Mary.
