Campbell Mattinson once described Jericho as a “Tiny producer making excellent wines”, which pretty much sums up this excellent winery. This is a fantastic take on an often misunderstood wine style.
Fermented in old French oak and aged on its lees for 4 months, this is full of rich texture and complexity. The key though is the harmony between these creamy oak characters, ripe tropical fruit and cleansing acidity achieved by winemakers Neil and Andrew Jericho.
A delicious, flavour-packed wine for lovers of textural whites – and outstanding value at that.
