During a visit to Tasmania in 2015 and Inspired by Australia’s exploding craft beer scene, David Whittaker and Vanessa Wilton mused that they could own their own distillery. After extensive global research, they launched Manly Spirits Co. Distillery in early 2017, producing premium gin, vodka, whisky and liqueurs on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. Gold medal winner at the World Gin Awards, Manly Spirits Co Distillery Australian Dry Gin is 43% ABV and created using 10 botanicals including Anise Myrtle, Mountain Pepper Leaf, Orange Peel, Sea Lettuce and Finger Lime. It is bursting with citrus aromas and a subtle spiciness across the palate for a full-flavoured, long-lasting finish.
