Launched in 2003 due to the rise of cocktail culture with the US bar community, Westbourne has won multiple prestigious awards including World’s Best Gin and best contemporary style gin. Martin Miller’s Westbourne was a response to requests by ‘mixologists’ for a high strength version of Martin Miller’s gin that would give a more ‘old school’ authenticity to the classic cocktails as well inspiring them to create more complex, fully-flavoured cocktail inventions.

England distilled
As with all Martin Miller’s gins, Westbourne uses traditional techniques, taking only the heart of the spirit, and employs two separate distillations. This results in a gin with a perfect balance of juniper and brighter citrus notes.

Iceland chilled
Martin Miller’s is blended to bottling strength using Icelandic spring water. It is the purest water in the world and requires no processing or demineralisation, resulting in the brand’s soft bouquet and mouthfeel.

Nose: Grapefruit peel, marmalade, earthy juniper, and a kick of cardamom.

Palate: Sweet juniper, orange peel, and peppercorn.

Finish: Crisp and refreshing with fragrant herbs and cracked black pepper.
