Description

The Polperro Chardonnay is made with handpicked fruit from two different vineyards, the Bassat Vineyard and Mill Hill Vineyard, in the Mornington Peninsula.

The grapes are gently treated in the winery, with minimal use of sulfur and natural fermentation with wild yeasts. It’s allowed to go through full malo, too, giving a gorgeously rich and round texture.

Elegant and rich but without losing any driving acidity, it’s a gorgeous Chardonnay with layers of flavour.
